Mod Squad is located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. Shipping is available Australia-wide to all metropolitan, regional and remote locations. Delivery is not available to Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect locations.
We do not ship internationally, however some of our customers have used shipping redirection services, like AUSFF.
Ensure the shipping address is correct before placing an order. Contact us immediately if an error is detected – if an order has already been dispatched, we cannot amend a shipping address.
Most orders are dispatched the next business day. Delays may occur if we need to verify contact, payment or delivery details.
We want your products to arrive safely and quickly, so all deliveries are securely packed and a tracking number is provided upon order completion. Australia Post sends status updates via email when the parcel is in transit.
Shipping rates are updated live from Australia Post. Australia Post offers Extra Cover (2% of Subtotal) for full insurance against lost or damaged parcels, as well as Signature on Delivery for peace of mind against mail theft. Without Extra Cover, Australia Post provides at most $100 compensation and refund of postage costs.
Although lost packages are uncommon, Mod Squad encourages customers to purchase Extra Cover insurance, especially during the Christmas period. Consumer guarantees do not extend to replacing or refunding an item that was posted by Mod Squad and subsequently lost by Australia Post.
If a delivery is 7 days past due, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number & tracking ID and we will follow it up with Australia Post. In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of delivery, we will assist with the Australia Post insurance claim.
