Shipping Information

Mod Squad is located in Brisbane, Queensland and ships within Australia only. Delivery is not available to Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect locations.

Ensure the shipping address is correct before placing an order. Contact us immediately if an error is detected – if an order has already been dispatched, we cannot amend a shipping address.

Most orders are dispatched the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delays may occur depending on volume of orders, or if we need to verify contact, payment or delivery details.

Express Post and Parcel Post rates are provided direct from Australia Post for small prepaid satchels using flat rate postage to all destinations within Australia. Australia Post terms & conditions apply to all deliveries.

We want your products to arrive safely and quickly, so all orders are securely packed and a tracking number is provided upon order completion. In addition to online tracking, Australia Post may send status updates via email or SMS when the parcel is in transit.

Extra Cover insurance (2% of subtotal) is optional but recommended with all Mod Squad orders over $100, in case of loss or damage in transit. Extra Cover no longer applies once a parcel has been delivered.

Sign on Delivery is included with all orders to provide peace of mind against mail theft, or delivery to the wrong address. The parcel will be taken to a local Post Office if no-one is home to sign for the delivery.

You are responsible for the shipment once Australia Post tracking indicates that your order has been delivered to the shipping address. Consumer guarantees do not extend to replacing or refunding an item that was posted by Mod Squad and subsequently lost or incorrectly delivered by Australia Post.

If a delivery is 7 days past due, email us at orders@modsquad.com.au with the order number & tracking ID and we will follow it up with Australia Post. In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of delivery, we will assist with the Australia Post insurance claim.
